Free Phone Calls?

In case you used all your quarters on laundry...

I'd heard that the phone in front Food World on 36th Av is free, paid for by the ad in front of it. Apparently there's another free phone on Astoria Blvd & 49th Street and three more free "pay phones" going in on Steinway. Random.
