Well, LIC's getting the shit upzoned out of it. That's no newsflash. But check out the map Curbed has posted showing the developable square footage in LIC. As a professional geographic information specialist myself, I have some cartographic issues with this visualization, but it's intruiging nonetheless.
I must confess, I detect no snottiness in this Curbed post, either. Nice work, Lock!
