Want to contribute to the health of our local waterfront and meet like-minded people at the same time? Well, do I have the thing for you! The Astoria and LIC Waterfront Community Group is meeting Wednesday, January 18 at 6:30 pm to talk about ways to to improve our Astoria/LIC waterfront parks and our waterfront as a whole. Specifically, discussion will center around finalizing the mission of the group. The meeting will be at the Greater Astoria Historical Society, located in the Quinn Building, 35-20 Broadway, 4th Floor, in beautiful Astoria.
