Um, so I just learned that April is National Grilled Cheese Month. Wish I'd known it sooner! My pick for the tastiest grilled cheese in Astoria is from Sparrow, pictured above. It is truly delicious. Another good "grilled cheese", though it's not in the classic style, is the mozzarella, tomato, and pesto panino at Il Bambino.
