One item to add -- on Sunday at Astoria park -- bring in your old non-Energy Star AC unit for a $35 rebate off the purchase of a new AC. The city will recycle the old unit. Here's the link: http://www.getenergysmart.org/whereyoulive/summer/BeCool.asp
